Thomas Dumke is a self-employed cultural manager based in Dresden, Germany, a member of the TMA board for many years and director of the CYNETART Festival for even more years.

Besides he is part of the working collective DS-X.org and was working in the frame of the EU-Network Project »E.C.A.S. - Tomorrow's Art For An Unknown Future« for TMA Hellerau.

He finished the Masters Course in Modern and Recent History, Communication Science and Sociology at the TU Dresden, Masters course, Institute of Sociology in culture & management and holds an MA in Cultural Administration (M.A.C.A.). He was a participant of the E-Tribal Art project of the AltArt Foundation Cluj and of TANDEM – Cultural Managers Exchange Ukraine – European Union – Moldova. He is a member of the project team »film and new media«, of the Dresden City Office for Culture and Monument Preservation Office. And last but not least he is a father of two kids.
